* APPRAISAL FEES ARE NOT SET ON PROPERTY VALUE (USPAP preamble line 291) Appraisal fees are based on the time requirements for each assignment. Assignments that are considered rural, luxury, special architecture, resort, etc. require more time and will be subject to an increased fee ($100-$200). If an order is cancelled for any reason, there will be a minimum 50% fee charged if the inspection has been completed.
